We interviewed Mr Rotterman from the Tunal Hospital on eating different types of foods. One of our main topics was Chiguiro. He told us he ate chiguiro with no problems at all. he also told us he ate chiguiro in Bogota, Colombia in a restaurant called Motorista. He said that he ate it because he had never tryed it before and he was curious. He answered that he was very anxious when the dish arrived to the table. He remebered that Chiguiro tasted like a mix between chiken and meat and was acompanied with potato and guacamole. He also told us that the texture was kind of soft and that the price was normal, not expensive but not chip at all. He said that he will eat Chiguiro again because he liked it a lot and he recomend it to us. He also said that he had tryed other weird food like rabbit and ants. He remeberd us that all the people that was with him also like Chiguiro and they planned to try Grasshopers the next time in the same restaurant.
Do you belive that this guys ate Chiguiro? Wow how grose... Our opinion is that we will try to taste chiguiro when we can and give our opinion abuot it!
